Natalie Voll

Natalie Voll | Co-Founder & President

As President and co-founder of SPF, Natalie oversees all SPF branches and departments globally. She believes that improving educational and vocational opportunities for youths worldwide is crucial to overcoming poverty, inequality, and hardship. Natalie studied Economics and Psychology at Columbia University in New York, where she founded the SPF Columbia branch. In her free time, Natalie likes doing yoga, reading non-fiction, and exploring new places and food.

Ann Sophie Wisser

Ann Sophie Wisser | Co-Founder & Marketing

As head of Marketing and co-founder, Ann Sophie takes care of SPF's media and is responsible for the organization's global brand strategy and image. Ann Sophie firmly believes that education builds the foundation for continuous improvement in the quality of life and economic development; as a fundamental right, it should be available and accessible to all. She is pursuing a degree in Economics at the University of Mannheim in Germany. In her free time, Ann Sophie enjoys design and following artists on social media.

David Elias Kurzman | Operations

David is the Global Head of Operations at SPF, overseeing all branches worldwide. He joined SPF in 2022 as President of the Paris Branch, where he launched the "Walks of Kindness" initiative, supporting unhoused individuals in four European cities. Currently he is completing his bachelor's degree at ESCP Business School. Beyond his work at SPF, he is passionate about education and founded the vipi.education initiative, offering free peer tutoring to 750+ students across Europe. A literature enthusiast, he enjoys reading across genres and spends his free time golfing or at the gym.

Elias Schultze Lohoelter

Elias is both co-founder and SPF's head of Finance. He initiates new donation campaigns and manages the foundation's finances. Devoted to his strong belief in the right to education and equality for children, he actively shaped SPF into the student-led charity it is today. Elias graduated from Warwick Business School in the UK, where he studied Management and is currently working in Frankfurt. Besides number-crunching, Elias can be found catching the latest art show, creating unique pasta dishes, or planning his next travel adventure.

Gregory Carr-Allinson | Alumni Network

As SPF’s Head of Alumni, Greg aims to keep the organization's hundreds of alumni connected and engaged. He began his SPF journey as the founder and president of the Amsterdam branch during his bachelor’s studies. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Management at the University of Cambridge, Greg views his commitment to SPF as a way to contribute to global educational equality. Outside of his studies, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, running, and savoring good food.

Naomi Stranz

Naomi Stranz |  Strategy

As Head of Strategy, Naomi's primary objective is to broaden SPF's outreach and establish new branches.  During her Bachelor studies and before joining the global board, she was Head of Finance at the SPF Amsterdam branch, where she managed the financing of local fundraising events. Naomi sees SPF as a way to give something in return and initiate change within her global role.

Max has two full-time jobs - besides chairing the Students' Philanthropic Foundation and working with Plan International in Germany and Italy, he runs a boutique travel agency focused on creative immersion (contemporary + historic) in underrepresented communities, planning excursions to Turkmenistan, Bhutan, Suriname and others over the past year. He credits the incredible community at Casa Wabi in Oaxaca, Mexico for putting him on this path.
