As President and co-founder of SPF, Natalie oversees all SPF branches and departments globally. She believes that improving educational and vocational opportunities for youths worldwide is crucial to overcoming poverty, inequality, and hardship. Natalie studied Economics and Psychology at Columbia University in New York, where she founded the SPF Columbia branch. In her free time, Natalie likes doing yoga, reading non-fiction, and exploring new places and food.

Sophie is currently a Consultant in the Business Advisory Group at Landell Mills and previously served as SPF's Head of Marketing, managing SPF's digital presence and engagement. Before joining SPF's Global Board, Sophie served as Head of Marketing at Nova SBE during her Master's in International Development and Public Policy. She believes that education is a fundamental right and should be accessible to all, as it lays the foundation for equality, empowerment, and sustainable development.

Elias is both co-founder and SPF's Head of Finance. He initiates new donation campaigns and manages the foundation's finances. Devoted to his strong belief in the right to education and equality for children, he actively shaped SPF into the student-led charity it is today. Elias graduated from Warwick Business School in the UK and is currently working in Frankfurt. Elias can also be found catching the latest art show, creating unique pasta dishes, or planning his next travel adventure.

David is SPF's Head the Alumni Network, overseeing all branches worldwide. He joined SPF in 2022 as President of the Paris Branch, where he launched the "Walks of Kindness". Currently he is working as a Investment Banking Analyst in London. Beyond his work at SPF, he is passionate about education and founded the free peer tutoring innitiative vipi.education. A literature enthusiast, he enjoys reading across genres and spends his free time golfing or at the gym.

As SPF's Head of Strategy, Charlotte's primary objective is to broaden SPF's outreach and establish new branches. Charlotte has always been inspired by people who give back to society and contribute to important causes. As former President of SPF Paris, she used resources to focus on improving education and creating positive change.

As SPF's Head of Operations, Rebecca oversees the organisation's internal operations and helps ensure effective coordination across its global chapters. She is responsible for supporting the implementation of SPF's initiatives, streamlining internal processes, and facilitating collaboration across teams. Rebecca is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree at ESCP Business School in London.

As SPF's Head of Marketing, Rania oversees the organisation's global image and leads its marketing and communications efforts, ensuring a consistent presence across chapters and supporting SPF's broader outreach. She previously worked as a Marketing Associate at SPF's Turin branch. Rania is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree at ESCP Business School in London. She is particularly interested in sustainability and the role of business and communication in advancing sustainable development, with a broader commitment to contributing to causes that create meaningful social and environmental impact.

Ann Sophie established SPF’s brand and developed the organisations digital presence, expanding its reach and community. Ann Sophie firmly believes that education builds the foundation for continuous improvement in the quality of life and economic development; as a fundamental right, it should be available and accessible to all. She is pursuing a degree in Economics at the University of Mannheim in Germany.

Naomi broadened SPF's outreach and established new branches during her former role as Head of Strategy in the Global Board. During her Bachelor studies she was Head of Finance at the SPF Amsterdam branch, where she managed the financing of local fundraising events. Naomi sees SPF as a way to give something in return and initiate change within her global role.
